Terms & Policies

EQUIPMENT RENTAL POLICIES:

• We collect payment up front, and any extra time is charged upon your return and in half hour increments. 

• Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to ride in any rig. You must be 21 or old with a valid United States drivers to rent the OHV’s

• Participants are financially responsible for injuries or damaged equipment.

REQUIRED  IDENTIFICATION:

A valid US Issued Driver’s License.

All participants must sign a Rental Equipment Agreement, Waiver and Release of Liability and minors (under age 18) must have a guardian sign for them.

A credit card in the same name as the ID, to use as a security deposit. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please leave your valuables at home or well hidden within your vehicle.

Bring water, snacks and clothing appropriate for outdoor/off road experience. Pack it in, Pack it out police.

Don’t forget the sunscreen.
